WESTSIDE — The Optimist executive chef Adam Evans is launching a new daily happy hour, beginning Monday, January 12. For one hour, the restaurant will serve five varieties of chef-selected oysters for $1 each, plus beverages from Eduardo Guzman's craft cocktail menu. Happy hour runs from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. [EaterWire]

BUCKHEAD — Replacing Scenario in the Chastain Square shopping center, Tampa-based chain Burger 21 is set to add its second Atlanta location. The restaurant submitted a building permit to the City of Atlanta on Thursday, reports What Now Atlanta. Burger 21 offers a menu of 21 hamburgers made from ground beef, chicken, turkey, shrimp, and tuna. [WNA]
