WESTSIDE — The Optimist executive chef Adam Evans is launching a new daily happy hour, beginning Monday, January 12. For one hour, the restaurant will serve five varieties of chef-selected oysters for $1 each, plus beverages from Eduardo Guzman's craft cocktail menu.
