Louis Soon opened South Main Kitchen on Main Street in Alpharetta last year, and now he has a new project in mind. Soon is planning Butcher & Brew for a space next door, reports Atlanta Magazine, a "more approachable" restaurant that will show sports on TV and serve an extensive list of beer and gourmet sandwiches. South Main Kitchen executive chef Christy Stone will reportedly oversee the new restaurant, too, and she tells Atlanta, "It's not so much focused on intricate plating but big, bold, fun food."
Soon hopes to open Butcher & Brew in February. Before opening South Main Kitchen in August 2014, he served as general manager for Salt Factory, Little Alley Steak, and Opulent in Roswell.
