ATLANTA — The ATL has a fever, and the only prescription is more grandiose, parks-over-highways ideas. First came calls for capping The Connector, then Ga. Highway 400 in Buckhead, and now Grant Park wants in on the action, with this totally unfunded but nonetheless awesome vision for a park over Interstate 20.
