After opening for lunch last week, Ticonderoga Club, the Krog Street Market restaurant from Greg Best, Regan Smith, Paul Calvert, David Bies, and Bart Sasso, will be fully operational this Thursday, Best tells Eater Atlanta. Lunch service will continue Thursday through Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and dinner will begin at 5 p.m. Ticonderoga Club doesn't have a liquor license yet, but the partners will open its doors Thursday, with or without.

Serving only spiedie sandwiches, Cape Cod chips, and Moxie soda for lunch, Bies' dinner menu isn't so simple. It's seafood heavy, with dishes such as a clam roll, "fisherman's friend" shellfish bowl, fried squid, and canned mackerel. At the bar, look for specialty cocktails from Best, Smith, and Calvert, plus wine, cider, beer, a few liquor options, and a particular bottle of sherry.

In lieu of the typical press release, the restaurant's partners are announcing vital details via the first issue of their quarterly publication. In addition to the menu, it contains columns from Calvert, Bies, and Sasso; letters to the editor — "Dear Tipsy Hippo, WTF. I thought this place was supposed to be a tiki bar?" — instructions on knot tying from Best; and more.

Ticonderoga Club, the final Krog Street Market anchor restaurant to begin service, is located in the corner of the market between The Luminary and Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams. Take a look at the opening menu below.
