Il Giallo, the Sandy Springs Italian eatery from Veni Vidi Vici alums Jamie Adams and Leonardo Moura, is pushing pack its opening date a bit. Originally scheduled to open Wednesday, officials at the restaurant confirm it's now on track to begin service this Monday, November 2. The delay was cased by a few last-minute, post-inspection adjustments.
Il Giallo, located at at 5920 Roswell Road, takes up residence in an 8,200-square-foot space, which seats 140 and centers on a chef's table with a view of the fresh pasta making. In addition to the pasta, Adams will serve antipasti, a selection of salumi and cheese, simple sides, and entrees that feature fish and beef. Regular lunch and dinner hours are planned for Sunday through Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
