GLENWOOD PARK — Wrapping up this season of Hired Guns, chef Joe Kindred of Kindred in Davidson, N.C., will join the Gunshow kitchen on November 17 and 18. Among the dishes on deck for the evening will be lamb tartare with uni aïoli, katsuobushi, and seeded toast and chicken thighs with baked egg, crispy rice, chimichurri, and hominy. DECATUR — Ford Fry's No. 246 has launched a new menu for fall. Seasonal dishes from Executive Chef Drew Belline include zucchini, yellow squash, Grana Padano, and truffle vinaigrette pizza; spinach fettuccine with braised rabbit, orange, San Marzano, and fennel; and confit duck leg with squash gnocchi, kale, mushrooms, and fried sage. ALPHARETTAAtlantic Seafood Company will host its first "Oysters on the Patio" event on Thursday, October 8, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Guests will dine on the patio while chef Nick Carpenter prepares char-grilled oysters outside to entertain.
