BUCKHEAD — Wine-centric restaurant Vine & Tap is adding liquor to its repertoire. Among the new beverages on the restaurant's menu are the V&T manhattan, penicillin, last word, V&T old fashioned, toronto, and apple sidecar. DECATUR — Revival, chef Kevin Gillespie's shrine to Southern cuisine, will be closed on Mondays henceforth.
