Bombay Grill in Chamblee was destroyed early Sunday morning when a large-scale fire broke out at the restaurant, reports Channel 2 Action News. A bar mitzvah was held at the restaurant Saturday night, but thankfully no one was hurt during the blaze. Fire department officials are working to determine the cause.

"Right now we are fighting a defensive fire," Capt. Halani Lobdell told Channel as the fire continued to burn Sunday. "We initially tried to go interior, but due to the extent of the fire we were forced to back out."
Arson has not been ruled out. The fire was discovered by a driver on I-285 who saw a large cloud of smoke coming from the building.
