Peruvian street food truck The Freakin' Incan, which was recently featured in Paste Magazine, has expanded and is now serving out of its brick-and-mortar location in Roswell. Look for dishes such as grouper ceviche, Lomo Saltado (stir-fried petit filet, red onion, roma tomatoes, and aji amarillo, served with white rice and fries), Papa la Huancaina (sliced russett potatoes topped with a spicy creamy aji sauce), and Choros a la Chalaca (black mussels topped with a spicy pico de gallo).
Even with the expansion, chef/owner Mikiel Arnold's food truck will continue to hit the streets. The restaurant is located at 4905 Alabama Road, Suite 340, and daily hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Take a peek at the full menu below.
