New Outposts for Grant Park Coffeehouse, Lucky's Buger & Brew

A couple of local eateries are expanding.

1) Grant Park: The owner of Grant Park Coffeehouse is opening a second location in the neighborhood, reports What Now Atlanta. The original coffeeshop is located at 753 Cherokee Avenue SE, and the second will take up residence across Zoo Atlanta at 760 Confederate Avenue SE. Rahel Belfield filed plans for the second location on Tuesday.

2) Emory Village: Roswell-based Lucky's Burger & Brew is opening a third Atlanta-area location later this summer, according to Tomorrow's News Today. The restaurant, which features extensive lists of burgers and beers (shocker), will take over the former Starbucks space on North Decatur Road. The second Lucky's opened in TOWN Brookhaven last year.

3) Toco Hills: Cafe Bombay managing director Ricky Walia is opening a new restaurant, per Tomorrow's News TodayMasti - Fun Indian Street Eats is on track to begin serving in March, and the aim is for a concept similar to Chai Pani in Decatur. Walia plans to open at 2945 North Druid Hills Road NE in the space that previously housed Osteria Cibo Rustico, which shuttered in October.
