Local empire builder Ford Fry is writing his first cookbook, and he has signed with literary representation. The Lisa Ekus Group announced the deal in a press release on Wednesday. PR for Fry confirmed the book news, but details are not yet available.
Fry's Atlanta restaurants include No. 246, JCT. Kitchen & Bar, King + Duke, St. Cecilia, The Optimist, The El Felix, and Superica, which recently opened in Krog Street Market. His currently unnamed sister restaurant to The Optimist should open in the Inman Quarter development later this year.
