David Sweeney is popping up this month at The Sound Table, serving vegan and paleo fare each Wednesday in February. For his VW (Vegan Wednesdays) events, the former Dynamic Dish/Restaurant Eugene/Cakes & Ale chef will serve four entrees, two market salads, and a dessert, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
