Colletta, sister restaurant to Oak Steakhouse in Alpharetta's Avalon development, opens at tonight at 5 p.m. The latest venture from the Indigo Road restaurant group has Michael Perez on board as executive chef and serves assorted antipasti, pizzas, pasta, and wood-fired rotisserie entrees.
The restaurant, located at 900 Third Street, is open for dinner Monday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Want to get an idea of what to expect?
