After hosting chef Allen Suh's Jook #0 in February, Mother is continuing its pop-up series with chef Jessamine Starr of Good Food Truck this month. Starr is taking over the kitchen at the Edgewood Avenue bar each Sunday and Monday night in March.
Starr encourages diners to eat brinner — that's breakfast for dinner, for anyone out of the loop — with her take on waffles, hoecakes, and cereal, plus The Poodle, an all-beef hot dog on a French toast bun. The pop-up's hours are Sunday from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Monday from 7 p.m. to 12 a.m. Take a look at the full debut menu below.
