In addition to Pallookaville Junior, the scaled-back version of his Avondale Estates eatery that's coming to Little Five Points, Jim Stacy is opening two more restaurants. The chef/restaurateur/TV personality, is working on a currently unnamed coffeeshop and a Hawaiian-inspired meat-and-three called Moakai, reports Atlanta Magazine.
Pallookaville Junior is Stacy's first priority, and he hopes to have take-out-only restaurant up and running in April or May. As for the coffeeshop, which will reportedly have an old-school feel with biscuits and doughnuts, and Moakai, he doesn't have locations or timelines for opening just yet.
Stacy opened Pallookaville Fine Foods in 2013, and in the last couple of years it has become a local favorite for sandwiches, burgers, and an assortment of corndogs.
