Chef Hector Santiago plans to make another pop-up appearance at The Sound Table, this time to serve his take on Peruvian-Chinese cuisine. Santiago's Chifa Capon will take over the Old Fourth Ward restaurant's kitchen this Wednesday for dinner. The former Abattoir chef, who previously owned Pura Vida, Super Pan, and El Burro Pollo in Poncey-Highland, has hosted several pop-up dinners at The Sound Table in recent months.
