After months of delays, angry chef Ron Eyester is ready to open the doors to his latest venture, Diner. The Atlantic Station restaurant begins lunch service today at 11 a.m., kicking off a seven- to 10-day soft opening. Eyester will progressively expand hours and menu selections until the restaurant is in full swing.
The opening menu includes crab-stuffed shrimp, sorghum-roasted salmon, fried pork chops, a housemade tuna melt, and a brisket and short-rib burger, along with ice cream, cakes, pies, and more desserts. Located at 264 19th Street, Diner's initial hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., but they will gradually expand. Take a look at the complete opening menu below.
