Remember those Hugh Acheson-Ponce City Market restaurant rumors? Well, the Top Chef judge is not opening a restaurant in the highly anticipated development. He's opening a coffeeshop, dubbed Spiller Park Coffee. Acheson announced the news via Instagram on Thursday.

The name comes from Spiller Park, the former home of the Atlanta Crackers that used to sit across the street from the Ponce City Market site. The coffeeshop, which follows Dancing Goats Coffee at the development, will join Athens's Five & Ten and The National, Atlanta's Empire State South, and Savannah's The Florence under the Acheson umbrella.

More details to come.
