Proof Bakeshop Opens This Week; Scope the Menu

Proof replaces Dough Bakery.

Proof Bakeshop, the forthcoming Inman Park bakery from the team behind Cakes & Ale, is on track to soft open this week. Proof was originally targeting a Monday morning launch, but a delay has the pushed the opening to midweek. Cakes & Ale bakers David Garcia and Abigail Quinn will head up the shop, which should be fully operational on Monday, May 18.

The menu, featuring a variety of breakfast and lunch items and sweets, including, English muffins, hand pies, Danishes, French macarons, croissants, and seasonal muffins. A selection of sandwiches will be available as well. Located in the former Dough Bakery space at 100 Hurt Street NE, Proof will open Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Take a look at the projected opening menu below.
