Pizza Crosta, the forthcoming restaurant from Sam Abdullah and the team behind Buckhead Pizza Company, will open its doors on Monday, May 18. The restaurant will take up residence in the Prado development in Sandy Springs.
In addition to 10-inch, build-your-own pies from a wood-fired oven, Pizza Crosta will offer a crust-dipping station — think of it in the same vein as a salsa bar at a fast-casual burrito place — with a variety of oils and dips. Appetizers, desserts, and build-your-own salads will be available, as well. The beverage list will include a few wines, and draft and bottled beer.
Located at 5590 Roswell Road, Suite A-140, in Sandy Springs, opening hours are set for Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to midnight. See the full menu below.
