Little Bacch, Anne Quatrano's "little restaurant downstairs at Bacchanalia," will open this week. Dinner service begins Wednesday at 5:30 p.m., Quatrano confirmed in a text message Monday. Joe Schafer, who previously helmed the kitchen at Quatrano's now shuttered Abattoir, is on board as executive chef.

The small restaurant, which takes over Quatrano's former Quinones space and seats just 52, features a simple menu of seasonal fine dining staples. Appetizers include a cheese souffle, Oysters Rockefeller, and Georgia red shrimp cocktail, and whole-roasted chicken, dry-aged New York strip, and black bass baked in parchment are among the entrees. The beverage menu offers classic cocktails poured tableside.

Many of the restaurant's ingredients come from Summerland Farm, which Quatrano owns with her husband and business partner, Clifford Harrison. Little Bacch is open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday, beginning at 5:30 p.m., and reservations are not available. Take a look at the menu below.
