Little Bacch, Anne Quatrano's latest Westside Provisions District restaurant, opens for dinner tonight at 5:30 p.m. Joe Schafer is running the kitchen as executive chef, moving on from Quatrano's now-shuttered Abattoir. Little Bacch is open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday, and reservations are not available.
On the menu, look for classic continental cuisine. Among the dishes are cheese souffle, Oysters Rockefeller, and Georgia red shrimp cocktail, and larger plates include whole-roasted chicken, dry-aged New York strip, and black bass baked in parchment.
