Noble Fin, the forthcoming seafood restaurant from 4th & Swift's Jay Swift, has broken ground and is currently scheduled to open this fall. The new venture will take over the former Dreamland property at 5260 Peachtree Parkway in Peachtree Corners, and it's the first freestanding restaurant to be built in the city since it incorporated in 2012.

Jeb Aldrich, Swift's son, will oversee daily kitchen operations as chef de cuisine, and dishes will include lobster salad, octopus lasagna, shrimp dumplings, and red snapper Veracruzana. Lamb chops and prime filet will be on the menu to serve diners with red meat cravings.

WJG Design and Architecture is in charge of designing the space, which will cover 5,200 square feet. Seating for 195 will be available in the three main dining rooms, with an additional 25 seats in the bar area. Below, take a look at early renderings of the restaurant to get an idea of the building's style.
