1) MIDTOWN — Atlanta's growing sushi scene has a new option. Wagaya Japanese Cuisine & Sushi Bar recently opened at 339 14th Street NW. Open for lunch and dinner, Wagaya offers an extensive menu that focuses on nigiri, sashimi, rolls, soups, and an assortment of tapas. Lunch hours are Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dinner is served Monday through Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Status: certified open.
2) DECATUR — Healthy juice shop Kale Me Crazy is now serving at its newest location. Located at 358 West Ponce de Leon Avenue, next to Decatur CD, the shop pours cold-pressed juices, smoothies, shots, and coffee. Dining options include salads, acai bowls, and wraps. With its original shop in Inman Park, Kale Me Crazy is also working on locations in Midtown, Sandy Springs, and Brookhaven. Status: certified open.
