Southern culinary superstar Sean Brock, who is working on a Ponce City Market location for his Mexican eatery Minero, will host a cooking class at Sur La Table in Alpharetta on Wednesday, May 13. Brock will focus on some popular recipes at Husk, his restaurant that has Charleston and Nashville locations, and he'll show off techniques for cornbread, skillet-roasted chicken, carrots glazed in their own juices, and squash-seed risotto.
The demonstration will run from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the North Point Mall Sur La Table location, and it's limited to participants 18 and older. Tickets are $79 per person and available online.
