Graham House, who served as an opening sous chef at 4th & Swift in Old Fourth Ward, is back at the restaurant. House is currently working in the kitchen, and he'll take the title of chef de cuisine following the restaurant's alumni dinner on July 21, owner Jay Swift confirmed in an email to Eater Atlanta on Thursday.

House replaces Jeb Aldrich, Swift's son who will take over as chef de cuisine at the forthcoming Noble Fin when it opens this fall. After leaving 4th & Swift in 2010, he spent five months traveling in Greece and northern Italy, then served as executive sous chef at Reddwood in Napa Valley and Prospect in San Francisco. House also has previous time at Pricci and Canoe in Atlanta, and he was a sous chef at Osteria Del Bouche in Italy.

4th & Swift's upcoming alumni dinner is a celebration for the restaurant's seventh anniversary. Noble Fine, Swift's first OTP venture, will open at 5260 Peachtree Parkway in Peachtree Corners.
