Hector Santiago and Paul Calvert Reunite; Vine & Tap Pours Rose on Saturdays

PONCEY-HIGHLAND — Chef Hector Santiago and mixologist Paul Calvert are teaming up to turn back the clock for a Pura Vida pop-up at Sweet Auburn Barbecue. On Thursday, June 25, starting at 6 p.m., the duo will take over their former space and turn out food and beverage menus full of old Pura Vida favorites. BUCKHEAD — Vine & Tap will launch its "Saturdays are for Rose" summer series this weekend. Each Saturday from 3 to 6 pm., guests can partake in four pours of roses from around the world, selected by sommelier Ian Mendelsohn, and three items of chef-selected charcuterie.
