PONCEY-HIGHLAND — Chef Hector Santiago and mixologist Paul Calvert are teaming up to turn back the clock for a Pura Vida pop-up at Sweet Auburn Barbecue. On Thursday, June 25, starting at 6 p.m., the duo will take over their former space and turn out food and beverage menus full of old Pura Vida favorites.
