Hugh Acheson, chef and restaurateur behind Five & Ten and The National in Athens, The Florence in Savannah, and Atlanta's Empire State South, is no stranger to being on camera. Acheson has served as a judge on Top Chef and has made several live TV appearances over the years. Over the weekend, he joined Carson Daily on The Today Show for a cooking demonstration, preparing roasted chicken thighs with barley-zucchini risotto. Afraid of taking on risotto? Acheson says you shouldn't be: "It's not rocket science; it's stirring once in a while. It's not too hard."
