With Veni Vidi Vici shuttered, chef Jamie Adams and general manager Leonardo Moura are quickly moving on to their next project, Il Giallo Osteria & Bar. After announcing the forthcoming Sandy Springs eatery on Monday, a few more details have become available:
- The focal point of the restaurant will be the chef's table, where fresh pasta will be made based on need, and there will be an open pasta kitchen.
- The cuisine will be reflective of the regions in Italy where Adams has lived, focusing on coastal seafood.
- The 8,200-square-foot space will seat 140, including 12 seats at the bar.
- Lunch and dinner will be available Sunday through Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Il Giallo is on track to open this fall at 5920 Roswell Road in Sandy Springs. Take an early look at the design concept via the above rendering.
