Take a Look Inside Marcel, Ford Fry's Stunning Ode to the Dining of Yesteryear

New, 1 comment

Go back in time for a meal in Westside.

Ford Fry's eighth Atlanta restaurant, Marcel, opened to the public on Monday, installing a classic European steakhouse concept in Westside Provisions District's former Abattoir space. Executive chef Brian Horn is running the kitchen, serving a menu that will remind patrons of fine dining in the early 20th century.

As for the restaurant's interior, it's breathtaking. Designer Elizabeth Ingram took inspiration from 1920s France with antique rugs and mirrors, brass-top tables, silver coffee service, and much more. Outside, the patio includes banquet seating that wraps around a fireplace.

Marcel serves lunch six days a week, dinner nightly, and a late-night menu on the weekends. Lunch hours are Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dinner is served Sunday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday until 11 p.m., and the late-night menu runs Friday and Saturday from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. Take a look around the restaurant via the above gallery.
