Oak Steakhouse, the Indigo Road restaurant that opened in Alpharetta's Avalon development last year, has a new executive chef. Eric Zizka, who previously served as chef de cuisine at the original Oak location in Charleston, replaces Chad Anderson, the restaurant confirmed in a release. There's no word yet on reason for Anderson's departure.
Zizka's first order of business has been to revamp the restaurant's Sunday brunch menu. New dishes include a lobster grilled cheese, shrimp and avocado omelet, French toast stuffed with mascarpone and local peaches, and an apple fritter. Take a look at the complete brunch menu below.
