— Athens favorite Pauley's Original Crepe Bar will finally open its Westside location next month. Atlanta Magazine says Pauley's will serve lunch and dinner seven days a week, and weekend service will run to 2:30 a.m. The bar will offer 170 craft beers — 30 on tap — with a focus on local selections.
— Chop Chop Next, a late-night purveyor of street foods, is popping up at We Suki Suki in East Atlanta Village on Friday and Saturday nights from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. Chop Chop Next dishes out fusion tacos such as the "Seoul Caliber," with bulgogi or tofu, pickled daikon, watermelon radish, white pepper-tossed spinach, spicy aioli, red onion, and cilantro.
— Roswell's Osteria Mattone is launching a build-your-own pizza bar this evening, allowing diners to customize their pies with a selection of sauces, cheeses, and toppings. The pizzas start at $10 and are available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights.
— Land of a Thousand Hills will open its Atlantic Station outpost this Friday. Hours for the coffeeshop will be Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
— Foundation Social Eatery is now serving its summer seasonal menu. New dishes include chilled lump crab salad with tobiko, lemon mayo, and cilantro-apple-jalapeno soup; hand-cut linguini with shrimp, clams, mussels, corn, black olive, soffrito, and ‘nduja butter; and Beller Farms pork porchetta with local lady beans, roasted garlic bean puree, frisee, grilled peach, and pork jus.
