The Cockentrice Launches Brunch This Weekend; Take a Peek at the Menu

The Cockentrice, Krog Street Market's shrine to all things meat from The Spotted Trotter's Kevin Ouzts, is adding brunch service this weekend. Brunch will run Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., offering a selection of salads, sandwiches, and plates. And because it's The Cockentrice, charcuterie will be available, as well.

Of note on the menu is the "Inman Park Pork Lovers Breakfast," which is as outrageous as one might imagine. For $16 — and maybe a trip to the cardiologist — the plate comes with a Boursin-egg soufflé, two strips of bacon, two strips of English back bacon, two sausages, biscuits, and gravy.
