Chef Gerry Klaskala, owner of Aria and Canoe and consultant behind Atlas, has a new restaurant in the works. He recently posted a Craigslist ad seeking an executive chef and sous chefs for a "modern American restaurant," and PR for Klaskala confirmed that the positions are in fact for a new project. No further details were available.

Klaskala opened Canoe on the Chattahoochee River in Vinings in 1995 and then followed with Aria five years later in Buckhead. Atlas opened in January in the neighborhood's St. Regis hotel. Esquire food critic John Mariana named Aria to his list of America's best new restaurants in 2000.
