Kyle Forson, who was serving as executive chef at the recently opened Restaurant 356 on the new Porsche campus, is no longer with the restaurant. PR confirmed the move in a statement emailed to Eater Atlanta: "Yes, executive chef Kyle Forson announced he was leaving Restaurant 356 effective Monday, August 3, 2015. Restaurant 356 will be utilizing the talents of other unique high-end properties until a suitable replacement has been found."
Forson, who previously cooked at The Spence in Midtown, served seasonal fare with a wide variety of influences, including Polish, French, Californian, and Southern cuisine. It's unclear how the Restaurant 356 menu might change moving forward.
