After a couple of days of trial runs, local chef and restauranteur Linton Hopkins is ready to open the doors to his Ponce City Market ventures. H&F Burger and Hop's Chicken are open for business in the development's Central Food Hall. Opening hours are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. this Friday, Saturday, and Monday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. this Sunday.

H&F Burger specializes in — obviously — the famous Holeman & Finch Public House burger, which started Atlanta's double-stack craze. Other menu items at the stall include the Mighty Jr., a single-patty version of the burger, a hot dog, veggie burger, and salad. Milkshakes and a selection of beer and wine will also be available.

Hop's Chicken offers chicken biscuits, coffee, and orange juice for breakfast each morning, then serves the full menu, including fried chicken by the piece, half, and whole bird; chicken biscuits and sandwiches; and a selection of seasonal side dishes.

Beginning Tuesday, regular hours for both stalls kick in. H&F Burger will be open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Hop's Chicken will be open Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Breakfast at the chicken stall will run from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. daily.
