After what was beginning to seem like endless delays, Ponce City Market's Central Food Hall is coming to life. The development has already seen a few openings, and plenty more should be on the way in the coming weeks. With that in mind, Eater Scenes paid a visit to the food hall for a Sunday lunch, capturing the early buzz.
