ROSWELL — Buckhead seafood restaurant The Big Ketch Saltwater Grill is expanding with a new location at 1105 Canton Street. Chef Derek Dollar will helm the kitchen, taking on the role in addition to his position as executive chef at Milton's Cuisine & Cocktails in Milton. New menu items for the Roswell restaurant will include spicy conch fritters, a variety of specialty oysters, a grouper Reuben, and Charleston curry seafood bowl. BUCKHEAD —Vine & Tap is now serving Italian-inspired supper every Sunday, offering a prix fixe menu for $20 for adults and $5 for children 10 and younger. New Italian entree options include seafood risotto, braised short ribs, and chicken cacciatore, The menu also includes a choice of starter and dessert.
