New Le Fat Lunch Menu; Slider Night at Bantam + Biddy Avalon

WESTSIDE — Guy Wong is breaking out a new lunch menu for fall at Le Fat. Among the new dishes are mussels, soft shell BLT banh bao, wonton dumplings, chicken salad, and kale salad. Wong is also taking a play out of the Lee's Bakery playbook and serving a banh mi-pho combo for $10. [EaterWire]

ALPHARETTA — Bantam + Biddy's Avalon outpost is launching slider night on September 8. Each Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., the restaurant will serve chef selections of $3 sliders, with new variations each week.
