Another feather in Ford Fry's cap, Bar Margot is now open at the Four Seasons hotel in Midtown. With chef Robert Gerstenecker running the kitchen and a beverage program created by local cocktail veterans Greg Best and Paul Calvert, it's what Fry calls "a cool hotel bar with high-service standards, big-flavor food, and zero pretension."
Inspired by Margot Tenenbaum, one of director Wes Anderson's most iconic characters and every young woman's favorite Halloween costume in 2001, Bar Margot is meant to be a destination not only for guests at the Four Seasons, but Atlanta natives, as well. Here now, take a look inside and get an idea of what to expect.
