Highland Bakery owner Stacey Eames is almost ready to open her next venture. Press & Grind is the name of Eames's forthcoming Virginia-Highland coffeeshop, and it will begin service next week, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The shop takes over a space that previously housed Aurora Coffee, which shuttered in 2013. Eames previously told Eater Atlanta her new venture will be open for breakfast and lunch, as well as during the evening for the "coffee and dessert crowd." Press & Grind will serve Bartdorf + Bronson coffee, and Eames is sourcing food from local small famers. Cory Kilcoyne, executive chef at raw dessert company Raw Noble, and Sugar-Coated Radical chef Taria Camerino have been working with Eames on the menu.

The shop is opening at 992 North Highland Avenue. In addition to traditional baked goods, sandwiches, soups, and salads, Press & Grind will offer a variety of paleo and gluten-free items. Smoothies, juices, and elixirs will serve as beverage alternatives to coffee.
