The Mercury, the latest restaurant from the folks behind Decatur's The Pinewood, is now open in Ponce City Market. Featuring cocktails from Julian Goglia and a chop-heavy menu from chef Mike Blydenstein, it's meant to be a throwback to classic dining of the 1960s. The decor is in line with the concept, and it shouldn't be difficult for diners to let their imaginations run off to Don Draper's office.
Atlanta-based Square Feet Studio was in charge of the design. After initially opening for dinner only on the second floor of the market's Central Food Hall, The Mercury is serving lunch as well, beginning at 11 a.m. daily. Take a look inside via the above gallery.
