Biltong Bar, the latest venture from restaurateur Justin Anthony, plans to open its doors in a couple of weeks. Service should begin Monday, February 1, in Ponce City Market's Central Food Hall, officials at the restaurant tell Eater Atlanta, featuring savory pies, snacks, salads, craft beer, cocktails, and wine.
Like Anthony's other Atlanta restaurants, Biltong Bar comes with a distinct South African influence. In addition to the dine-in options, there's a significant retail operation with a variety of beef jerky — the "biltong" — and other specialty dried meats.
Anthony also operates 10 Degrees South and Yebo Restaurant + Bar, and he recently opened Cape Dutch in the former Woodfire Grill space. Take a look at the menu for his forthcoming Ponce City Market restaurant below.
