The Global Grub Collective in East Atlanta Village, anchored by banh mi powerhouse We Suki Suki, is welcoming a few new concepts this week. Sushi Burri, Mamoune’s Homestyle Haitian, and So Ko Bonchon join the collection of eateries.
Sushi Burri is now serving sushi burritos and poke bowls, Wednesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., according to We Suki Suki’s website. Mamoune’s Haitian cuisine is available Thursday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and So Ko Bonchon, serving South Korean double-fried chicken wings, is on deck Friday and Saturday nights from 11 p.m. to 3 a.m.
In addition to the regular stalls landing in the "food hallway," a couple of limited pop-ups are planned. Gyoza Girl will serve "food from a Japanese mom’s kitchen today through Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Bare Treat will serve "incredibly delicious plant-based desserts" this Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
