Chef Tom Catherall came out of retirement earlier this year to open Tom Tom in Virginia-HIghland, but now he’s being forced to come up with a new name. As of this Wednesday, October 19, Tom Tom will officially become Taco Cowboy, reports the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

The "Tom Tom" name was found to be part of the Here to Serve restaurant group, which collapsed last year. Catherall previously owned the company before transferring it to his ex-wife in a divorce settlement. With the new name will come a revamped concept, according to the ABC: tacos, tequilas, small plates, and "bigger steaks." But, the chef says diners shouldn’t expect the adjustments to be jarring.

"It’s just a name," Catherall told the ABC. "I will still be in the kitchen, at the same location, with the same staff and the same fresh ingredients as I always have. I’ll just be doing it under a different name."

Catherall opened Tom Tom in March at 1000 Virginia Ave. NE, taking over the space that previously housed Noche, one of his former Here to Serve concepts. He’s been rumored to have a new Buckhead restaurant in the works, but so far nothing has come to fruition.
