Nine Mile Station, Ponce City Market’s highly anticipated rooftop beer garden, is officially open to the public. It’s the second local establishment, following Staplehouse, to utilize the new Tock ticketing system, and reservations are now on sale.
Weekend lunch reservations, for one to 12 guests, are available for $15 per person. Dinner reservations for Sunday through Wednesday are $20 per person, and dinner Thursday through Saturday is $20 to $30. Ticket prices don’t cover food and beverages at Nine Mile Station, but they do go toward a table’s final check.
For patrons who are wary of paying in advance for their meals, the beer garden accepts walk-ins from the adjacent Skyline Park gaming area.
Slater Hospitality, from wife-and-husband team Mandy and Kelvin Slater, partnered with Jamestown Properties, Ponce City Market’s developer, to open Atlanta’s latest and greatest rooftop dining venture. Executive chef Jonathan McDowell, previously of Barcelona Wine Bar in Inman Park, is serving a menu of small plates, pressed sandwiches, larger entrees, and "meats by the inch" (get your mind out of the gutter, please). The latter portion of the menu includes a variety of sausages — bratwurst, kielbasa, merguez — available in six-, nine-, or 12-inch portions.
Nine Mile Station opens Monday through Friday at 3 p.m., Saturday at 11 a.m., and Sunday at noon. See the full menu below.
