Nexto, the Poncey-Highland ramen shop from chef Mihoko Obunai and Concentrics restaurants, goes live Monday evening at 6 p.m. Regular hours are Monday through Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Thursday through Saturday from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. East-Siders looking for a late-night ramen fix along the BeltLine, here is your destination.

Obunai’s menu features more than ramen, though. Yes, there are six different bowls, including spicy bacon miso, ginger curry, and Tokyo tori shoyu, laden with pork belly. There’s a selection of hot items from the robata grill, buns, and "JFC" chicken wings as well. Colder, lighter fare includes hamachi kombu crudo and wagyu tataki.

Diners who stop in after 10 p.m. may want to inquire about the ramen burger: two noodle "buns" sandwiching fried egg, sauerkraut, and Sriracha kwechap. Just keep in mind it’s a limited dish and liable to run out.

Nexto is opening its doors at 828 Ralph McGill Blvd. NE. Take a look at the complete menu below.

Correction: Nexto sits on the Poncey-Highland side of the BeltLine, not Old Fourth Ward.
