American Cut, a steakhouse concept crafted by LDV Hospitality and celebrity chef Marc Forgione, and The Regent Cocktail Club, another LDV creation, are officially open to the public in the Shops Buckhead Atlanta development. Separate businesses housed in the same structure, American Cut and The Regent aim to take diners back to the upscale restaurant and bar culture of yesteryear.
Executive chef John Adamson is running the kitchen and in charge of day-to-day operations at the swanky steakhouse, turning out a menu that Don Draper and Roger Sterling would find comforting. The ambiance matches the food, with design and decor that is reminiscent of the golden age of New York. On the third floor of the structure, The Regent Cocktail Club pays homage to Miami’s original Regent Cocktail Club, which opened in 1941.
