Details are scarce, but an official website for Coalition says it will serve "expressive American cuisine built for common purpose."
Coalition Food and Beverage offers a special place for families and neighbors to gather for a common purpose: enjoying expressive, chef-driven American cuisine, carefully crafted drinks, warm hospitality, and the spirited companionship of our guests. Embrace life’s brightest moments together around one table. Join us!
The forthcoming restaurant’s Facebook page indicates it will open at 108 Canton St.
Update: November 14, 11:30 a.m. A press release announcing Coalition reveals the restaurant is on track to open in summer 2017. Back will lead the kitchen, serving "premium meats, entrée-sized salads and burgers worthy of a second napkin." Dan Pernice will serve as beverage director and curate a menu of craft beers, cocktails, and a wine list focusing on the philosophy "that great wine doesn't have to be expensive."
Coalition will take up 3,331 square feat and offer seating for 150. Design will feature "an urban aesthetic to evoke the action and pulse of a growing community."
