Progress at Grant Park’s Atlanta Dairies development continues with the addition of more new tenants, including a cafe operated by Roswell-based Thrive Farmers Coffee. Paces Properties announced the news in a press release on Friday. The 2,000-square-foot cafe will be the first for Thrive, which sources its beans from small farms in Costa Rica and other Central and South American countries.
Paces, the same firm behind Inman Park’s Krog Street Market, hopes to have Atlanta Dairies up and running in late 2017. Plans for a barbecue restaurant and a rooftop bar and music venue were previously announced.
Correction: Atlanta Dairies is in Reynoldstown, not Grant Park.
